Refund policy

RETURN POLICY - We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Items purchased at Courtly Quilter may be returned for a full refund (less S/H fee) within 30 days of the purchase, with a copy of the original invoice, and provided they are in their original unopened box/package, have not been used, and are not damaged.
• A refund will be issued through the same method as payment after merchandise has been returned to, received, and inspected by Courtly Quilter.  Refund issued will be purchase price less the 3.5% credit card processing fee and flat rate shipping charged.
