SALES TAX - New York State Sales tax of 8%, is charged on merchandise and goods purchased from Courtly Quilter and shipped to New York State addresses. ​

SHIPPING POLICY: 

• Shipping and handling is flat rate and is added at checkout.
• We ship to USA addresses only using USPS, normally within one business day.
• Orders are confirmed with tracking.
• If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you.

RETURN POLICY - We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Items purchased at Courtly Quilter may be returned for a full refund (less S/H fee) within 30 days of the purchase, with a copy of the original invoice, and provided they are in their original unopened box/package, have not been used, and are not damaged.
• A refund will be issued through the same method as payment after merchandise has been returned to, received, and inspected by Courtly Quilter. 
• Refund issued will be purchase price less the 3.5% credit card processing fee and flat rate shipping charged.
